We carry a full line up of Dutch Valley bulk goods, one of the largest in the area. Flours, sugars, spices, seasonings, oats, and various flavorings/extracts are always in stock. Many different gluten free baking supplies and an array of sugar free products to fit every need. If you’re in need of bulk product or a large amount of product we do weekly special orders as well.
Baked Goods
We make homemade baked goods, on site, from scratch, daily Monday through Friday at our bakery. Dinner rolls, donuts, cookies, half moons, cinnamon buns, sticky buns, pumpkin rolls, sweet breads, crumb cakes, and more seasonally! Daily Lunch Specials
Monday-Friday our deli offers a homemade, fresh, lunch specials for your choosing. Casseroles, soups, paninis, hot subs, and many other meals are often on the menu. Each day something different, and each day while supplies last. Call ahead orders are common to ensure we save on for you and for fast service.
Salads
Our deli also offers a large selection of cold, deli salads. These include the very popular macaroni salad, potato salad, pasta, chicken, etc. All salads are made from scratch with high quality foods and the taste proves it. We make salads every day and since everything is made from scratch large orders can be accommodated when ordered ahead of time. Stop by for the perfect salad lunch!
Full Service Deli
We stock high-quality John F. Martin meats, cheeses, and bacon. Bacon is sold bulk or by custom weight and we can slice, package, and sell any variety of meats and cheeses. They can be used to make made-to-order subs / sandwiches / wraps to your liking. We also carry a lineup of local products including milk, cheese curds, sour cream, heavy cream, eggs, butter, yeast, and other necessities. Whether you are looking for supplies for lunch or dinner we have you covered!
Deli Special Orders
Our deli is always busy and call-ahead or special orders are always encouraged. We routinely take orders for graduations, parties, funerals, celebrations, holidays, and work events. Lunches / subs / sandwiches can also be ordered for large amounts as long as we have a 72hr notice since all items are made to order. Large and small meat & cheese platters are also available to order and we can make the rolls to go with them too!
We love working with other small business and we are proud to offer other local businesses goods here! Local honey is provided by Finsters Honey, dressings by Landmark Tavern, sauce and seasoning by Ray Brothers BBQ, assortment of ice-creams from Gilligans, large variety of coffee from Utica Coffee, milks/cheeses/eggs/butters from Stoltzfus Dairy, and syrup from both Cooks Maple Syrup and Parkers Syrup. These are all quality, local, and fresh products we use and love here as well.
